🍷 Perhaps the most refined and elegant offering in our portfolio. Blaufränkisch, from a vineyard with dense plantings and low yields with maximum intensity rich in taste and aroma. The structure of the plantings is reminiscent of the bonsai shape, hence the name. Rich in black fruits and rose petals on the nose, and on the palate it unfolds a soft feeling of lightness and airiness.

👨🌾 Klaus Preisinger is one of the brightest representatives of the new wine scene in Austria. Born and raised among the vineyards near Gols, on the shores of Lake Neusiedler See, in the well-known Burgenland wine region. Klaus has been making wine for over 25 years and from the very beginning, caring for our surroundings has been a priority.
🌱 His vineyards are spread out in dozens of small plots around the lake, and in front of the terrace of his futuristic winery, the whole of Burgenland stretches out. In the vineyard and cellar, Klaus works minimalistically and biodynamically, using vessels such as amphorae, concrete, old barrels.
🍷 The result is lively, energetic and pure wines that bear his signature and the scent of the region and enjoy well-deserved fame in most restaurants and wine bars in Europe and around the world.
🥇 Klaus Preisinger is a member of the prestigious Pannobile group, dedicated to preserving local Austrian varieties, and is considered one of the most inspiring masters of natural wines in the region.
