🍷 A hazy and very tasty white wine, with fresh, sexy acidity. It reveals citrus, pear, flowers, you can even detect a little apricot and a lot of minerality. The grapes come from several different plots with different rich soil composition, which gives it its name - Kalk und Kiesel, or limestone and silica in German.

👨🌾 Klaus Preisinger is one of the brightest representatives of the new wine scene in Austria. Born and raised among the vineyards near Gols, on the shores of Lake Neusiedler See, in the well-known Burgenland wine region. Klaus has been making wine for over 25 years and from the very beginning, caring for our surroundings has been a priority.
🌱 His vineyards are spread out in dozens of small plots around the lake, and in front of the terrace of his futuristic winery, the whole of Burgenland spreads out. In the vineyard and cellar, Klaus works minimalistically and biodynamically, using vessels such as amphorae, concrete, old barrels.
🍷 The result is lively, energetic and pure wines that bear his signature and the scent of the region and enjoy well-deserved fame in most restaurants and wine bars in Europe and around the world.
🥇 Klaus Preisinger is a member of the prestigious Pannobile group, dedicated to preserving local Austrian varieties, and is considered one of the most inspiring masters of natural wines in the region.
