A naturally sparkling natural wine (pet-nat), made from the characteristic Moravian red varieties Pinot Noir and Saint Laurent. Direct pressing of both varieties for a beautiful pink hue, followed by spontaneous fermentation and bottle finishing. Expect tart and fresh notes of rhubarb, grapefruit, a mix of herbs and even cherry cake. A sharp and distinctive style, with a dynamic and challenging character in the glass. Energetic, hazy and refreshing - just what a pet-nat should be ❣️
❗This pet-nat is not disgorged, i.e. the sediment has not been separated from the bottle. Before serving, leave your pet-nat upright, in the refrigerator, for at least 3 hours. Open the cap slowly and with caution 💣
