Natural orange wine from Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris (for us the best white varieties for maceration). The grapes ferment spontaneously with all their skins, which macerate for a total of 2 months. The wine is complex, intricate and insanely delicious. It itself stands as a complete dish, but with its evolution in the glass you will find ripe apples, apricots, orange peel, thyme, flowers (in large bouquets), hay, that it even reminds of some bitters. Fabulous acids and charming tannins - if there is something that a wine should have, then Non Grata has taken it all. It is simply 11/10❣️
