A natural red wine, although half of it comes from white varieties - 50% Blaufränkisch, 25% Müller Thurgau and 25% Neuburger. Spontaneous fermentation of all varieties with all skins, in old oak barrels, and subsequent aging for at least 9 months. All our tasting notes contain hearts and asterisks, but still - expect lots of sour cherries and raspberries, pomegranate juice, with its inherent tartness, and a distinct mix of herbs. This red wine has the style we like - light, lively and fun. A truly cool wine❣️

The appearance of a noble sediment is possible.
